Rare large size Franz Schmidt & Co character doll ....Germany circa 1910 .... with wonderful childlike face modeling and expression of very good quality of bisque and painting !
Perfect condition ....free of damage , hairline , chip or repair . Only a very small color abrasion on the cheek...very small and not disturbing.
27" ( 69 cm ) pretty doll has pretty bisque socket head with large well working brown glass sleep eyes , painted lahes and rare pierced nostrils. Open mouth with two upper teeth between her accented lips.

Pretty large original painted stand up limb baby body , very cute modeling and in generally excellent condition. Original reared with metal spring .....note finger repairs at both hands.
Pretty wearing of antique boy outfit with socks and shoes. Wonderful and rare large size German doll , a treasure for everybodys collection !!!
