Rare early period bisque Bebe by Jules Steiner .... circa 1875 / 77 ... with most beautiful light blue eyes , best quality of pale bisque and painting and rare two row of tiny teeth in her smiling open mouth.
Original body and in all complete generally excellent condition.
Very nice early 16" ( 41 cm ) Bebe has pressed bisque socket head with pretty light blue inset eyes encircle of dark eyeliner .
Fine painted lashes and brows and small open mouth with rare two row of tiny teeth between her shaded lips.
Has a hint of smile at her mouth because of slightly-upturned lip corners !
She has pierced ears and nice blonde human hair wig over cork. Her original cork has on small missing piece of cork ......
She is free of damage , chip , repair or hairline and un-mark ...
The doll has her original French composition and wooden fully jointed Steiner body with straight wrists.
Original body finish because of her under arms and hands...this has well done color refresh...not disturbing and hard to see.
She is wearing very pretty with antique under garments of Muslin and has on very nice cream and light blue muslin dress with silk ribbon and lace decoration. Socks and shoes and pretty lace bonnet .
A superb and special rare early Steiner BeBe ... not often to find and with very cute and charming face expression in cabinet size and ready to display !!
