One of the most beautiful French Bebe by Emile Jumeau circa 1885 with superb blue eyes and original blond wig wearing in light pink..... what the heart wants more of a doll collector ???
Gorgeous 20" ( 51 cm ) doll with finest quality of bisque and painting of bisque socket head with pretty blue glass paperweight inset eyes , dark eyeliner encircles the eye-cut.
Beautiful painted lashes and brush-stroked and feathered brows.
Closed mouth with defined space between the shaded and outlined lips.
Separately modeled and pierced ears , superb original blonde mohair wig with original silk bows and pretty curls over cork pate.
Perfect head condition...free of repair , damage , chip , hairline or other problem !!!
Engraved head mark at back ; DEPOSE Jumeau 9 ( red artist check mark )
She has her original French composition and wooden fully jointed body with original body finish and blue Jumeau stamp mark at back. Generally excellent body condition .
