Very beautiful one of a kind most hand sewn French Bebe dress with matching bonnet .... fit perfect for French or German doll about circa 23" ( 57-59 cm ) for Jumeau - Steiner - Bru - Gaultier - Eden Bebe or other pretty doll.
A most hand sewn antique silk outfit with special and typical French details. Front part ruffled of cream and night blue silk and lace ornate edged.
Nice bow decorate left side and the long sleeves has a pretty large cream silk puff at shoulders. The sleeves has small lace ruffles at the wrist .
The back side of the dress is very beautiful with long loose parts of night blue silk which goes over the skirt and the "Que de Paris " ....the typical French longer train in back , which would hold inside with a small hope skirt cage always in perfect form !
The back has also a lot of bows ....... The dress has a wonderful cream silk skirt with lace part at hem .
A special touch of this dress is a wonderful cotton ribbon which ornate the skirt and the sleeves, this is wonderful printed with romantic scene of dancing girl and boy in two different look.
The dress is inside fine lined with ivory cotton and it would closed at back with hooks and eyes.
To the dress belongs a couture night blue silk bonnet with pretty lace ruffle part and dark blue ribbon loop at brim.
Outside beautiful ornate with ruffles and pleats of blue silk and inside lined with muslin. As finally a small rack of wire inside the brim hold the round form of it always in perfect form. A wonderful flowers bouquet ornate the outside brim.
Wonderful one of a kind Bebe outfit , very special and you will never find such the same again. Generally excellent fabric and lace condition at the 19th. century , note only a different color at the cream silk . This is not disturbing !!
