If you like the Jumeau red color on a French Bebe dress...we have her the perfect costume for you.
It is most hand sewn of antique Jumeau red silk and checkered silk in pretty colors like pale blue , cream and red , on very special and elegant combination of different colors which look´s together absolute wonderful.
It is on typical French dress with longer train in back and small "Que de Paris" ..... which would hold inside with on small hope skirt cage always in perfect form.
The red parts of the dress are pretty ornate with hand made light blue silk cord and French embroidery lace.
It has on ruffled front part from checkered silk with lace decoration and also on the 3/4 long sleeves you can find the checkered silk again.
The skirt is also from the light blue and red striped silk ....with a pretty embroidery lace and a silk sash with large "puff" at the back side.
Some pretty blue silk ribbons are the finally touch outside and inside is the dress fully lined with cream soft cotton. It would closed at front side with small hooks and eyes .
To the dress belongs a all complete hand made silk bonnet matching to the dress. It is in typical French style with high brim .... a small rack of wire inside hold the brim always in perfect form ......
The bonnet is fully ornate outside with small ruffles and pleats , has a pretty checkered bow and as finally a large silk flowers bouquet !
Wonderful French costume for one of your favorite doll´s in good fabric condition to age of the 19th. Century .
Note only a small different color parts on the dress because of the age of the silk ......but it is not disturbing !!
