Pretty two piece French Bebe costume .... most hand sewn and never to find again .... fit perfect for French or German doll about around 26" ( 66 cm ), for Jumeau , Bru , Steiner , Gaultier , Eden Bebe or other pretty doll !!
A wonderful one of a kind two piece dress ... on light brown silk jacket and on wonderful cream silk skirt fully of embroidery lace and with waistband lable of on French boutique !
The jacket has small hand made pleats at front , square neckline , hand made silk buttons and many fine and elegant details ... typical French and marvelous !
It has long sleeves with large "puff" at shoulders .
The sleeves are with hand embroidery parts , silk ruffled strips and small French lace at the wrist.
The complete jacket are decorate with hand made light brown silk strips ... matching like the jacket fabric fully with tiny fray, from the front over the shoulders , around the neckline and back side hem of the jacket.
It would close at front with hooks and metal eyes , finally touch a wonderful silk bow decoration in pink and cream at the left front.
To the jacket belongs a elegant skirt of cream silk ... fully ornate with wonderful French embroidery lace and small lace at the hem.
Inside lined with matching silk and silk ruffles around the skirt hem. French labeled silk waistband of on French boutique and the skirt would closed at back with hooks and eyes.
Generally excellent fabric condition from the 19th. century , one of a kind so that you would never find such the dress again !!
