Pretty French Bebe Costume with Bonnet

On very pretty dress of flowers printed fine cotton and cream silk .... ornate with French lace and pretty accessory .

It is silk upper part with hand made lace decoration, on ruffled middle part from cotton and lace and nice trim around the neckline.

3/4 long sleeves with lace ruffles around the wrist and roses print cuffs at both sleeves, large puff upper part at shoulders. Wonderful skirt ... has on organza slip and the upper dress has alternating strips of printed cotton and silk which is ornate with lace.

Around the waistline finally ornate with pretty green silk ribbon matching to the ruffled upper part at front.

You can close the dress at back side with hooks and tiny metal eyes and on pretty gild brooch . The dress is inside fine lined with cotton and organza slip..........

To the dress belongs a very nice cream silk bonnet which has a small rack of wire inside the brim so that it hold always the right form. Three row of lace ruffles and one row of silk ornate the front and brim , outside is it fully of silk ruffles and pleats.

On beautiful green silk ribbon bow and on large silk flowers bouquet are the finally touch . Inside lined with cream muslin...........

Wonderful all complete one of a kind couturier costume ... you will never find such the same again !!!

Generally excellent fabric condition from 19th. century, note only small different color in the antique fabric and one skirt stain in a fold at side of dress front ... all not disturbing !
