Marvelous French Bebe Silk Sateen Costume with Bonnet

Elegant and beautiful French light blue one of a kind silk sateen costume with antique straw bonnet matching silk covered to the dress .... would fit perfect for around Jumeau size 12 or similar size French or German doll about 27" ( 68 cm ) .... for Jumeau , Steiner , Bru , FG , Edene Bebe or other doll.

A most hand sewn one of a kind couture dress with fine hand embroidery trim at front and ruffled middle part , hand made lace decoration at both sides at front and back .

3/4 long ruffled sleeves with lace puff at shoulders and hand trim embroidery at middle of back. Beautiful skirt at three parts...as first on pretty cream cotton slip with lace at hem, on light blue silk sateen skirt complete covered with hand made lace and small silk ribbon decoration.

Finally ornate with pale blue silk sash and lace rosette at side. To close at back with hook and eyes and inside fine lined with cotton.

A wonderful antique straw bonnet matching ornate to the dress belongs also to this wonderful outfit. Has pretty ruffled parts and beautiful antique flowers bouquet and a small rack of wire inside hold it always in perfect form. Inside lined with gauze ......

Generally excellent fabric condition from the 19th. century and you will never find such the same again. Long at front from neck to hem ..... circa 16" ( 41 cm )

Shoulder to shoulder ...... 7" ( 18 cm )

Waist around .............. circa 16" ( 40 cm )
