Pretty Jumeau Red Silk Bebe Costume with Bonnet

Most beautiful antique Jumeau red silk dress with matching bonnet ..... one of a kind and never to find again.

Fit perfect for French or German Doll about around ....... 18" ( 46 - 47 cm ) well for Jumeau , Bru , Steiner , FG , Eden Bebe or other pretty doll !

The dress is most hand sewn and fine ornate with French lace , silk cord trim and has parts of pale pink silk with hand embroidery .

The front has small hand made pleats and ruffles at middle of front with longer parts of red silk which goes over the skirt at front. Upper part ornate with hand made red silk cork trim and also the stand-up collar has silk cord decoration around the neckline.

Both sides has pale pink silk , at the left side with pretty hand embroidery flowers , together ornate with hand made silk buttons. The dress has ruffled small 3/4 long sleeves with lace pleats at wrist.

Has most beautiful skirt of red silk covered with beautiful embroidery French lace and finally decorate at back with red silk bows.

Complete inside fine lined with cream cotton and on pretty cotton slip. The dress is to close at back with small hooke and metal eyes.

To the dress belongs a pretty hand made couture bonnet , fully ruffled and at front ornate with three row of lace pleats and small red silk ribbon loops. Ornate at front with pale pink pleats and silk ribbons.

Finally on pretty wax flowers bouquet and inside lined with stiff gauze and muslin. A small rack of wire inside hold the bonnet always in perfect form.
