Pretty French Bebe Silk Costume with matching Bonnet

Beautiful one of a kind silk dress with bonnet for French or German doll about around 21" / 22" ( 54 - 56 cm ), which would fit perfect for Jumeau , Steiner , FG , Eden Bebe , Bru or other pretty Doll.

This costume has wonderful harmonious connection of colors and a many of elegant French details with ruffled front part of blue silk and fine French tull. It has 3/4 long small inset sleeved wich are fine covered with embroidery lace.

Silk bow decoration at each shoulder and also the upper back side are in two colors and with pleats at each side. Wonderful three part skirt ..... on fully embroidery lace skirt with pretty ornaments and flowers around hem. Under the lace skirt has it another skirt of cream silk sateen with blue silk ribbon row.

Finally has the silk skirt a pretty muslin slip inside which is ornate with lace around the hem. Finally touch at waistline pretty blue silk bows and on antique silk ribbon with gild letter ornaments " PARIS BEBE " , it would hold with gild ornament at waistline. Closure at back with tiny hooks and eyes......

A very beautiful blue silk bonnet make this doll outfit complete. The bonnet is all complete hand sewn and fully ruffled at outside and head. Has two row pleats of lace and another row of blue silk ribbon loops which ornate the brim. Silk ribbon decoration and wonderful silk and tiny velvet flowers bouquet ornate also the brim .

It is inside full lined with stiff gauze and organza and a small rack of wire hold the bonnet always in perfect form !!

Wonderful one of a kind couture costume .... most hand sewn ... and never to find such the same again. Generally excellent fabric and lace condition about 19th. century , note small different color and tiny stain but all not disturbing.
