~~~ Very Beautiful French Bebe Silk Costume with Bonnet ~~~

Marvelous one of a kind French Bebe silk dress with matching wire framed bonnet for Jumeau , Steiner , Bru , FG ......or other pretty French or German doll about around ... 24 " ( 60 cm )

Beautiful silk dress of blue colored silk which has tiny cream checkered strips , fully ornate with pretty silk ruffled at front , shoulder and back .

Lace edged decoration and ruffled middle of front. 3/4 long sleeves with ruffled silk around the wrist and beautiful cream silk bows with brooch at both sides of front.

The skirt is also around full ornate with ruffled strips of silk and around the waistline has the dress a pretty silk sash of cream color. Under the blue silk skirt has the dress another skirt of blue soft gauze and also on cream under slip with lace decoration ...... please see my pictures !!

The complete dress is fine lined inside with cream muslin and it would close at back with hooks and eyes.

To the costume belongs a wonderful wire framed bonnet with typical French high brim. Complete hand made and fully ornate with ruffled and pleats outside and 5 row of hand made gauze trim at the high brim. A small rack of wire inside hold the complete bonnet always in perfect form and a pretty cream silk bow and flowers bouquet are the finishing touch here.

Shoulder to shoulder .... circa 6" ( 16 cm )

Waist around ............ circa 16 " ( 41 cm )
