Very beautiful 17" ( 44 cm ) French Bisque poupee with especially beautiful face with best choise bisque quality , brilliant eyes , original body and wearing all original with lovely winter poupee gown ! She look´s like an Winter-Princess with her beautiful costume !!

Lovely bisque swivel head on kid edged bisque shoulder plate , pretty blue glass enamel inset eyes with fine painted lashes and feathered brows. Dark eyeliner and she has an closed mouth with finest accented lips . Pierced flat ears and original curled blonde mohair wig over cork pate and French kid poupee body with gusset-jointing of elbows , hips and knees . Fine stitched and separate fingers .......

All complete generally excellent condition , best quality of bisque and painting and free of damage , repair , chip or hairline !! France .... circa 1870

Wonderful wearing all original with winter costume ..... long aqua blue silk poupee jacket with black edged trim and little pocket at one side. Included a tiny hankie ...... Wonderful long train bustle skirt from black silk matching to the jacket. Silk hat and pretty fur winter collar with muff. Set of under garment and lovely blue stocking and leather heeled shoes.
