Beautiful Rare Fashionable Poupee with all Wooden Body for French Mark

Outstanding rare fashionable poupee .... circa 1875 ... with very beautiful face gentle expression , has beaz quality pale bisque and beautiful painting , rare all wood and gorgeous original clothing !!

14" ( 36 cm ) stunning all original rare poupee with pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate , full cheeks and almond shaped blue glass inset eyes , thick dark eyeliner , very fine painted lashes and arched feathered brows .

Closed mouth with outlined lips and inside the head pierced flat ears. Original blonde mohair wig over cork pate .

Rare clean leather covered all wood poupee body with superb modeled bisque arms to above the elbows . Has well modeled fingers and fine painted nails . The all-wooden body has shapely torso , dowel-jointing at shoulders elbows , hips , knees , and wrist.

Comments : France circa 1875 with Simon and Halbig head special made for the French market ....

Generally excellent condition , best quality of bisque which is free of damage , repair , hairline or chip !! Perfect finger condition !! Body are all perfect and very clean ....please see my pictures .

Wearing all original with muslin under garment ..... has little pillow as bosoms original sewn at front of her under dress , socks and flat black leather shoes which are original sewn on the blue socks , fantastic two piece blue silk and silk velvet costume with matching high brim bonnet ....

Included also a lovely little straw basket with flowers ...... .
