~~~ Graceful French Bebe Pink Silk Coat Dress with Bonnet ~~~

Very beautiful light pink silk coat costume with matching wire bonnet , one of a kind and never to find such the same graceful outfit again. Has generally excellent fabric and lace condition from around 1885 th. and would fit perfect for French or German Doll about around 23" ( 60 cm ).

Of beautiful light pink silk with short upper front and back , has elegand large collar ornate with flowered lace ornament trim and ruffled hand embroidery lace around collar edged. It has small stand up neckline and small inset sleeves . The coat has lovely skirt wide with is small pleated at upper part . Pink silk cord trim decoration around the edged of collar and front , wrist and all around the hem. Frond closure with hooks and eyes and hand made silk button at outside and sleeves. Finally ornate with silk satin bows at each side of front and a lovely silk pom-pom bag which has fine pink silk ribbon and gild metal ornament decoration ornate the left side . The coat is inside fine lined with taffeta ...... with large ruffled part at skirt. Original store ornament inside as finishing touch ........

To the coat belongs a pretty wire framed bonnet of same pink silk and ornate at the round head with pink straw trim . Has tall ruffled brim of three rows , the first in pink silk satin , the second from pale pink silk and finally the last of ruffled lace . Ornate finally with large silk flowers bouquet and inside lined with cream netting and a rack of wire which hold the bonnet always in perfect form.
