An Elaborate Antique Three Piece Silk Lady´s Gown with Train

A gorgeous three piece factory made silk poupee costume from France circa 1870/75 .... has luxury details and wonderful cream silk of tiny roses and rose petals in combination of matching color striped silk. Features a elegant shaped jacket with V - shaped neckline and long sleeves . Edged decoration of small lace and belongs to an matching sleeve lose vest with round neckline and small stand up collar. The vest has striped front and cream cotton side and back . Flat front skirt has striped silk at middle and is overlaid with pleats to suggest fullness at each front and side , the back ornate a wonderful ruffled overlaid and voluminous bustle . Has finally fine fringed edge ruching all around the skirt hem.

Jacket and vest are ornate booth with front closure with hooks and hand made loops , the skirt has side closure of hooks and also hand made loops.

Stunning poupee outfit would fit well for size 4 fashion doll .... has shoulder width of 5" ( 13 cm ) and waist around circa 9,5" ( 25 cm ) , skirt length at front circa 10" ( 26 cm ) Generally excellent condition Factory made .... note tiny hole in the silk but not disturbing ......
