~~~ Lovely French Bisque Bebe by Leon Casimir Bru ~~~

Outstanding model of Circle / Dot market Bru´s Bebe from his " Golden Age " in size 7 ..... enhances the very cute and stunning childlike sculpting with implied pale tongue tip , deep modeling , sweet dimpled chin and modeling of brows , very beautiful bisque hands and original Bru kid body .

She is on really beauty circa 20,5 " ( 52 cm ) .......of course her lovely bisque is from best pale quality like her painting , has pale pressed bisque swivel head on original kid-edged bisque shoulder plate with pretty modeled bosom and shoulders .... both mark by size 7 and circle / dot markings at back of head !!

She has wonderful brown glass paperweight inset eyes with thick dark eyeliner and painted lashes. Rose blushed eye shadow ........ Slightly modeled brush-stroked brows with fine feathered detailing.

Closed mouth with fine shaded and outlined lips with implied tongue tip , sweet dimpled chin and lip corners. Pierced ears and original blonde mohair wig over cork pate.

Mademoisell Bru has her original plump Bru kid Bebe body with slender torso , kid upper arms with finest modeling of bisque forearms and fingers, kid lower legs with plump feet .Leather patches at one arme shoulder, one side of knee and at one of her thigh at back. Otherwise the body has good condition to age !

The doll would offer as it was found ...... has excellent made professional bisque repair at her head which is NOT to see with your eyes if you see the doll in person , all very well done and hard to see in a lamp !!

The doll is wearing very pretty with antique clothing with all hand sewn dress which is possible original from the doll , beautiful pink ruffled high brim silk bonnet , nice set of under garment , pink silk socks and French shoes by Alart .....

Rare Bebe Bru in very sweet childlike appearance ..... Leon Casimir Bru / France circa 1878<> The doll comes from a private house and she would be a treasure for each doll collection.....
