Very Fine Adelaide Huret French Porcelain Poupee with Pretty Costume

She is a special rare find and one of the earlist models by Adelaide Huret from France circa 1855 , has generally excellent condition and dressed very beautiful costume.

If you are looking for an special rare 17" ( 44 cm ) French Poupee you should not miss one of the fantastic early poupee´s by Huret . This one is one of the earliest modele by Huret , has fine porcelain shoulder head with pale complexion and finest blushed detail and glazed finish. She has wonderful painted blue eyes with shaded details , thick black upper eyeliner and feathered brows .

Delicately painted lashes and accented eye corners. Closed mouth with fine accented lips at nose shaded nostrils. Flat un-pierced ears and original lambswool wig over cork pate .

Has plump kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at her hips and knees , pretty porcelain arms to above the elbows with fine modeled fingers and nails. Early " Brevete " body stamp at front .....

Her complete condition is generally excellent , porcelain are free of damage , repair , chip or hairline !!!

Body is very fine and of the era by 1855th. Albeit not original by Huret gutta percha model..... the gutta percha body was very sensitive to break so many of these rare bodies did not survive the time and got an poupee kid body at the same era .

Mademoiselle is wearing very fine enfantin poupee soft wool costume with soutach trim decoration , has pretty bonnet and set of under garment with stocking and heeled kid shoes.

She is an wonderful example of the earliest model by Adelaide Huret with beautiful complexion and painting , original lambswool wig , body from same era and superb clothing.

You will never find such the same Huret doll again then each Poupee by Huret was only single made and never to find at twice again !!!
