One of the most beautiful childlike Bebe´s by Gaultier .... from France circa 1888 .... with open mouth and fine quality pale bisque that contrasts nicely with the rich deep blue glass paperweight inset eyes and her dramatic eye decoration of fine painted curly lashes and pale rose-blushed eyes shadow over her modeled eye-lid. Has brush-stroked brows and sweet open mouth with row of perfect tiny porcelain teeth between her shaded and outlined lips . She has cute chin dimple and pierced ears with original French earrings. Pretty blonde mohair wig (replaced ) over cork pate and head mark at back ; 10 F.G (in cartouche ) The doll has generally excellent bisque condition ..... free of damage , hairline , chip , repair or other problem. She has her original French composition and wooden fully jointed body with has original body finish and in generally excellent condition. The doll is wearing very beautiful with antique woolen jacket and lovely childlike cotton dress with lovely silk bonnet , set of under garments , socks and lovely booties by " Alart " .
