Rare Fashionable Poupee with Twill over Wooden Body for French Mark

Outstanding rare fashionable poupee ....for French market circa 1875 ... with very beautiful gentle expression , has fine quality pale bisque and beautiful painting , rare original twill over wooden body , wearing gorgeous antique garden gown with bonnet !!

Mademoiselle is all perfect and a treasure for each collection !! Superb clothing of garden gown with cherrie earrings , straw sun hat and finally included her beautiful straw flower basket .... Mademoiselle was picking flowers and cherries in her garden :))

15" ( 39 cm ) stunning all original rare poupee with pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate , full cheeks and almond shaped blue glass inset eyes , thick dark eyeliner , very fine painted lashes and arched feathered brows . Closed mouth with outlined lips and inside the head pierced flat ears with her beautiful little cherries earrings . Dreamy curled original blonde mohair wig over cork pate . She has her original rare twill over all wooden poupee body with superb modeled bisque arms to above the elbows , well modeled fingers and nails. Her body has shapely torso , dowel-jointing at shoulders elbows , hips , knees , and wrist.... so that it would possible to keep her in wonderful and elegant position . Comments : France circa 1875 .... by Simon and Halbig head special made for the French market ....and not often to find at this days. She has generally excellent condition , best quality of bisque which is free of damage , repair , hairline or chip !! Perfect finger condition as well !!Note a micro tiny funny freckle on her nose tip .... Rare body style in good condition to age .... her right elbow joint is a little lose but not disturbing. She is wearing in her all original antique and elegant garden costume about two piece of fine cotton with tiny flowers print and fine ruffled decoration. With set of under garment , socks and heeled French leather shoes .
