~~~ Angel Face French Bisque Poupee with Marvelous Costume ~~~

Especially beautiful bisque poupee ..... from France around 1870 .... whose delicate bisque complexion contrasts the brilliant eyes , has tender face with hint of smile at her mouth, original sturdy body , wearing gorgeous antique silk costume possible original !!!..... 15" ( 39 cm )

Very pretty and romantic poupee has best quality of bisque and painting on pale bisque swivel head and kid-edged bisque shoulder-plate ...... both in all perfect condition ..... free of damage , chip , repair or hairline !!!!!!! Mademoiselle has wonderful brilliant blue glass enamel inset eyes with dark eyeliner and fine painted long lashes. Arched feathered brows and accented nostrils at her pointed nose . Closed mouth with elegant accented lips and hint of smile , inside the head pierced flat ears with factory original earrings and nice blonde replaced mohair wig ( the original was lost and I think this fit her very nice ) with fine curls over her antique cork pate.

The doll has her original sturdy kid poupee body with V-shapely torso , gusset - jointing at elbows , hips and knees . Generally good body condition at age ..... note two kid patches , each at each upper arm and a small kid repair at one of her legs ... all not disturbing ( plaese ask about extra pictures if you need )

Very beautiful wearing with original antique poupee two piece silk costume with bustle skirt and matching bonnet . Set of under garment, socks and lovely leather heeled shoes.
