~~~ Pretty French Aqua Blue Silk Costume with matching Bonnet ~~~

Beautiful outfit for your French or German doll about around 18" / 19" ( 47 - 49 cm ) in fantastic aqua blue color silk with rich decoration of French lace and fine details of silk ribbon and fine trim.

Ornate with ruffled front in the middle part of striped ecru silk which would hold by an beautiful cream silk ribbon diagonal over the dress front. Each has gold metal brooch and dress front sides of aqua blue silk with embroidered lace decoration. Has small 3/4 long sleeves with shoulders puff and rounded neckline with small ruffled lace trim decoration .

Beautiful skirt with large row of embroidered lace and another ruffled lace row around the hem . Has silk ribbon at waistline with pretty bow at side. Back closure with hooks and eyes and inside full lined with muslin and pretty muslin slip.

An very beautiful matching bonnet of aqua blue silk and lovely ribbons make this outfit complete. The bonnet has typical French high brim ornate with ruffled and pleated , has matching cream silk ribbon decoration and bow with pretty silk flowers bouquet at back of bonnet. A small rack of wire inside the bonnet hold it always in perfect form and it is inside the head lined with gauze.

Most beautiful one of a kind spring costume , never to find such the same again and it has generally excellent fabric and lace condition from 19th. century .
