Pretty French Bebe one of a kind spring costume with matching three corner antique straw bonnet... fit Jumeau - Steiner - Bru - Gaultier - Eden BeBe or other wonderful French or German doll about circa 16" / 17" ( 41 - 43 cm )
The complete silk dress is most hand sewn of wonderful silk satain in spring color of light purple with touch of pale pink and ecru silk as well .
Has small hand pleated front sides which runs around the sides to the back of the dress. Has middle front decoration of hand embroidered lace and the upper back side are hand pleated as well .Pretty lace collar with ruffled sides , rounded neckline and 3/4 long sleeves which are ornate with silk puff at shoulders and lace ruffles at the wrist.
It has a ecru silk skirt fully covered with hand embroidered French lace . Small " Que de Paris" at the back side and finished with email buttons and silk bow and cord decoration .
Inside fine lined with ivory cotton and has back closure with hooks and eyes.
To this wonderful one of a kind silk dress belongs a matching antique three corner straw bonnet... matching hand ornate with same silk satin like the dress and ornate with flowers bouquet and real feather . Inside lined with netting .....
A very beautiful summer dress in pale colors....perfect for your favorite doll to enjoy and in generally excellent silk condition to age about 1880 . Note only a little color different and tiny melting places but all not disturbing.
