Fancy French Bebe Costume with Marching Silk Bonnet

Most beautiful one of a kind most hand sewn French silk and lace outfit of fine pale blue silk satin and cream netting and lace . Would fit well for French or German doll about circa .... 22" ( 56 cm )... like Jumeau , Bru , Steiner and other pretty of your doll´s !!!

All complete with matching silk bonnet in generally excellent silk fabric condition from 1885 and never to find such the same outfit again.

Most hand sewn ecru and light blue silk dress with small inset long sleeves complete covered by wonderful cream netting and lace has cream silk puff at each shoulder , ruffled lace at wrist . Has pretty cream silk satin upper front with blue silk cord decoration and small hand pleated netting front decoration over silk .

Wonderful skirt with lovely muslin and silk slip , covered with ecru satin skirt and finally covered with wonderful skirt of netting with small blue silk row decoration around hem. Lovely cream bow decoration at fitting waist has beautiful sash marks with gild letters " Bebe Jumeau " .

Back closure with hooks and eyes and finally decoration with bow at back . The dress are covered inside with fine muslin ......

To this pretty dress belongs a stunning matching ecru silk wire bonnet , of same pale blue silk ribbons and nicely decoration with ruffled brim.

A small wire inside the brim hold it always in perfect form . It´s all hand made and inside lined with fine cream muslin ..........
