One of the most beautiful 13" ( 34 cm) French Darling Bebe´s by Gaultier , looks so cute and childlike with very good quality of bisque and painting , gorgeous blue eyes and wearing so nice.
Has pale bisque socket head with stunning blue spiral threading inset eyes with fine painted lashes and brows. Close mouth with shaded and outlined lips.
Rest of original fur wig on leather cap over cork pate and lovely short curled mohair wig , pierced ears !
French composition and wooden fully jointed 8 ball loose body with original body finish , straight wrists .( FG heads could be found on different French boys )
Wearing lovely antique costume with pretty lace bonnet , set of under garments , light blue socks and leather shoes.
Her complete condition is generally excellent.....she is free of hairlines , damage or repair. Micro tiny earring hole chip hard to see....
Head mark at back : F.G ( cartouche ) 4 Wonderful little Darling with lovely pale bisque contrasting with dark painted eye decoration and her stunning eyes ...... what a pretty doll and a treasure for each collcetion !! Ready for your cabinet :)) !!!
