Sweet rare size 1 little French Darling by Emile Jumeau circa 1890 about around 9 3/4" ( 25 cm )with beautiful creamy bisque and facial expression , original body and wig , wearing beautiful original costume with bonnet as is .
Hard to find little Mademoiselle has sweet childlike face expression of lovely quality of creamy bisque and faciale painting of socket head .
She has beautiful blue glass paperweight inset eyes with fine long painted lashes and dark eyeliner. Has brush-stroked and feathered brows and close mouth with accented and shaded lips.
She has pierced ears and original short brunette mohair wig over cork pate.
The little doll has generally perfect condition , head are free of damage , chip , repair or hairline ......to note only not disturbing tiny earring hole chip at one ear and a micro tiny bisque black point as bisque imperfection which are not disturb.
She has her original French composition and wooden fully jointed body with original body finish and well done color repair , Jumeau label at back.
Mademoiselle is wearing with her original outfit in condition as is ! Wears a nice ecru woolen dress , pretty straw hat and her nice set of under wearing with socks and shoes .The dress is in sad condition about the age ... has some holes and melting parts but it is her original one by Maison Jumeau so that we prefer to keep it on her .
