Rare antique Jumeau Outfit by Paris "Galerie Lafayette " Presentation

Rare Paris Department Store presentation about 19th. century of luxury " Galerie Lafayette " an all original antique five - piece Bebe costume attributed by Maison Jumeau which fit for size 10 Bebe and a rare shop trading card .

A very rare found of all original doll accessory Presentation ....like so as it was offered to sell in this luxury Store in Paris around 1885/ 90.

Preserved in a store box a pretty cream cotton slip and size 10 mark Jumeau silk and silk velvet dress in light brown and black ,3/4 long sleeves and back closure , an pair of light brown Jumeau socks , a beautiful black straw bonnet with flowers decoration which fit perfect to the beautiful dress ! As finally included the box a lovely typical Jumeau black umbrella called " Parapluie " ( not to be confused with a parasol) with rare dog handle !!....on maplewood handle terminates in cast brass figural design of pretty dog head , has original metal parasol structure and covered with black silk design .

The condition of the clothing from around 1885/90th. is generally excellent to age , note some not disturbing tine holes at the skirt and dress sleeves. The straw of the bonnet is little fragile and the umbrella has a small silk melting at one point.

The complete outfit would fit perfect for on size 10 Bebe ( around 22" / 55 cm Doll ) special for Jumeau or other pretty doll in your collection !!

Dress length from neck to hem .... circa 12,5" ( 32 cm ) Shoulder to shoulder ......... circa 5" ( 14 cm ) , the umbrella is 15" ( 38 cm ) in total length.
