A very beautiful most hand sewn French silk costume with matching couture bonnet would fit fine for your favorite French or German Doll about around ...... 15" ( 38 cm )
A pretty one piece outfit with a special elegant look from finest pale color silk velvet and pink silk , ornate with fine details and embroidered French lace.
Has small inset sleeves with puff shoulder decoration and silk velvet sides. Pink silk middle part with velvet collar about rounded neckline , lovely embroidered lace decoration at front. One longer velvet front side with small pleats and matching silk sash which goes over the front to side.
Back with longer part at each and small pleated as well matching as front. Has back closure with hooks and little loops.
Beautiful skirt of box pleated pink silk covered with beautiful two row of French embroidered lace. Has fine gauze slip with row of lace hem .
Finally touch of lovely gold metal buttons and pink silk bows. Inside all lined with gauze and gauze slip !!
To the pretty dress belongs lovely matching pink silk bonnet .... all complete hand made with small rack of wire inside to hold it always in perfect form . Has high brim and nice ruffled front .Ornate with fine lace and pale pink real feather . Inside lined with gauze ...
The complete outfit has together generally excellent fabric condition from France circa 1880 .... tiny color different parts at the silk but not disturbing !!
