Lovely one of a kind French Bebe Polichinell costume of fine cotton in pale pink , blue and yellow fully ornate with some lose parts and lot´s of little bells.
From 19th century fine cotton costume included a pretty jacket with half length of arms , has ecru ruffled collar and some little lose color full parts with bells at the rounded neckline. Has front closure with hooks and loos and is inside fine lined with ecru cotton.
The skirt is box pleated all around ornate with row of gold trim matching to the sleeves decoration and the upper skirt of lose parts has lot´s of little bells matching to the skirt.
Finally belongs a lovely Polichinell bonnet to this outfit , has long sides and rounded head ... ornate with fine metal ornaments , ruffed decoration and a pretty butterfly brooch .
Wonderful and rare Polichinell outfit for a French or German doll about around 28" ( 72 cm ) , has generally excellent fabric condition from early 19th. century.
