Lovely 1 3/4" ( 5 cm ) tall mother-of-pearl covered little book with " Bal " note at cover , inside covered with fine red silk and extra interior of similar red silk book with engravings of dancing couples and space to note the next dance partner !!
The tiny poupee book has gilt edging and tiny side silk covered pencil holder included the original pencil .
