Extreme rare to find 17" ( 44 cm ) French bisque portrait Poupee by Pierre Victor Clement on rare modeled blown leather body from Clement 1866 patent , wearing stunning enfantine gown !!
Beautiful expression pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate , has sweet childlike face with full lower cheeks and chin , lovely blue glass enamel inset eyes with dark eyeliner and fine painted long lashes . Has pale blushed eye shadow and fine feathered brows.
Mademoiselle has closed mouth with center accent line , pierced ears and real fur wig over cork pate .
On her original very rare Victor Clement blown leather body fully articulated with gusset-jointing at shoulders , elbows side hips and knees !!
This body was inspired by the Gutta-Percha body by Adelaide Huret which he claimed that his blown body would last longer than that from Huret ! At the Huret - Lonchambon era Huret complete his heads with Clement body

She wears a beautiful two piece enfantine muslin gown with matching collar from same era like the doll , a lovely antique bonnet , set of under garments with stocking and booties mark by luxury Paris doll shop " Au Paradis des Enfant " ( Possible that this rare doll was sold in this Shop at 19th. century )
